Briefly distinguish between rhyme and rhythm [British Poetry]

Rhyme refers to the repetition of identical or similar sounds in two or more words, typically at the end of a line in poetry.

Rhythm refers to the pattern of stressed and unstressed syllables in a line of verse, which gives a sense of beat or meter to the poem.

In other words, rhyme is the repetition of sounds,

while rhythm is the pattern of stressed and unstressed syllables in a line of poetry.
