What are the ways of outwitting time? ( MEG 101 ) ( ANDREW MARVELL )

In the poem "To His Coy Mistress," the speaker suggests that the way to outwit time is to seize the moment and enjoy life while they can. He suggests that they should make the most of the time they have, rather than waiting and wasting it, and that they should "roll all our strength, and all our sweetness up into one Ball" and "tear our pleasures with rough strife, Through the iron gates of life." The speaker argues that they can't stop time, but they can make it run faster by living their lives to the fullest.
